📖Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Corgi ("we," "us," "our") governing your use of the Discord application "Corgi" ("the bot," "service").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using or inviting Corgi to your Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Usage and Restrictions
You may not use Corgi to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
You may not abuse, exploit, or attempt to discover any bugs or vulnerabilities in the bot.
You may not use the bot for unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:
Harassment, abuse, or harm to other users
Distribution of malicious content
Attempts to compromise the security or functionality of Discord or the bot
Excessive use that may impact service availability for others
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to Corgi at our discretion, particularly if we determine you have violated these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to Corgi, including but not limited to code, design, logos, and documentation, are owned by Corgi.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Corgi in accordance with these Terms.

4. Service Availability and Modifications
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that Corgi will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Corgi at any time without prior notice.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through our Support Server or other reasonable means.
Your continued use of Corgi after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORGI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF CORGI.
CORGI IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE. THEREFORE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL BE LIMITED TO $10.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Corgi, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of Corgi or violation of these Terms.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Corgi shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of Corgi shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If such negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the EU Arbitration Authority. The arbitration shall take place in the European Union, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
9. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
10. Complete Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Corgi regarding your use of Corgi, superseding any prior agreements.
